Lately I've been thinking a lot about how easy it is to get stuck in routine here in Santa Maria. Like, we've got these amazing beaches just down the road at Pismo or Oceano, perfect for clearing your head, but I don't go enough. Been reflecting on my yoga sessions by the water, meditating with the waves crashing. It hits different, you know? Makes me realize I need more of that vitamin sea to balance out the everyday stuff and stay grounded.
