I spend most of my free time out on the trails, hiking until my legs are sore and the sun is burning my shoulders. It is the only way I know how to completely clear my head. When I am not outside, I am usually just lounging around the house with zero plans. I think a quiet, unhurried afternoon is highly underrated.
